The D.C. area's padel scene is about to get a major upgrade. Epic Padel is bringing six outdoor courts to the heart of Tysons, Virginia — one of the most high-profile padel launches in the greater Washington metro area.

Epic Padel Tysons is an outdoor padel facility located at 8200 Greensboro Drive in the Greensboro Park office complex. Approved by the Fairfax County Planning Commission in December 2025, the club is set to open in Spring 2026 as a purpose-built padel destination.

The Courts

Epic Padel Tysons features 6 outdoor padel courts enclosed with regulation glass and mesh walls. The facility spans approximately 37,700 square feet on what was previously surface parking, transforming an underused lot into an active sports hub. Courts are designed for doubles play — two players per side — in the classic padel format.

Programs & Coaching

As part of the broader Epic Padel network, expect a full slate of programming including open play, clinics, private lessons, and tournaments. Epic Padel's philosophy centers on accessibility — COO Tim Bainton has emphasized that the company is focused on bringing padel to the masses rather than positioning it as an exclusive luxury sport.

Epic Padel Tysons goes beyond the courts with amenities designed for a complete visit. The facility includes locker rooms, a merchandise area, and a concession stand with food and drinks.
