Padel Browser is an interactive map and AI-powered platform that aggregates information about padel clubs across the United States. We provide tools for players to find clubs and coordinate matches, AI-powered agent technology that can interact with third-party booking platforms on your behalf, and tools for clubs to manage their operations.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

When you interact with the Platform, we may collect:

  • Account login credentials

  • Reviews, ratings, and comments

  • Login credentials for third-party booking platforms that you authorize us to store and use on your behalf

If you authorize our AI-powered booking agent to act on your behalf, we will store your third-party platform login credentials in our backend systems. These credentials are used solely to perform booking actions you request. We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect stored credentials, but no method of storage is 100% secure. You may revoke access and request deletion of your stored credentials at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

We do not collect or store private user booking credentials unless you explicitly authorize us to do so.

  • Help coordinate matches and player activity
  • Provide clubs with insights to improve their operations
  • Access third-party booking platforms using your credentials to make reservations on your behalf
  • Interact with booking interfaces, including selecting times, confirming reservations, and submitting required information

These systems may process publicly available data and user-provided data to generate recommendations or summaries. We do not use private booking credentials or private communications without your authorization.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share information with trusted service providers we use to operate the Platform, including:

  • Padel Browser may display reviews, ratings, and other content sourced from publicly available platforms. We do not claim ownership of that content.
  • If clubs or users submit information to us (such as profile updates, corrections, or feedback), we may use that information to improve listings and our AI systems.
  • If we introduce the ability to submit reviews or comments directly on the Platform in the future, any content you submit may be publicly visible, and you would grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to monitor usage, improve functionality, personalize your experience, and analyze traffic. You can disable cookies through your browser settings.

8. SMS & Messaging

If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive messages, we may send you automated text messages through our AI-powered agents, including booking confirmations, match coordination, and player networking communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

9. Padel Network & Contact Preferences

If you join the Padel Network, you can control who is able to contact you through the Platform:

  • No contact — your contact information is not shared with other users and you will not receive player-to-player messages through the Platform
  • Padel Network only — only other verified Padel Network members can reach you through the Platform
  • Anyone — any Platform user can reach you through the Platform

You can change your preference at any time through your account settings. Regardless of your selection, all contact between players is routed through the Platform's messaging system — we do not share your phone number or email directly with other users.

10. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, including third-party credentials stored in our systems. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Data Retention

We retain data as long as necessary to operate the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve our AI systems. Stored third-party credentials are retained until you revoke access or delete your account. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

12. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
